The story of twitter buying.

So first let's talk a bit about twitter. Twitter is a giant social media platform where mostly officials post all their official messages. Thus twitter is considered similar to a wall news in a school, Every one can see everything in twitter. Every named official including US presidents to actors to your famous footballer, every one is in twitter, And that is the reason which adds the value for twitter because there is no competing social media which have this kind of value, not even Facebook.

So, Elon Musk offered 44 Billion USD to but all of the twitter stocks. Twitter previously was owned by a Saudi Arabian company called Kingdom Holding Company. This company also presently holds the controlling stocks of Uber and Deezer.

The is company is led by its chairman, HRH prince Alwaleed Talal (
الوليد بن طلال).

So before Musk offered his 44 Billion to buy twitter, he owned roughly 9% of the company. It was the second controlling stock holding after Kingdom Holding Company's stocks. So Musk secretly began to buy the stocks and gradually became even with KHC. Before going any further I need to inform you something too, KHC's Chairmen prince Alwaleed Talal also has some stocks of twitter. So when musk became even with KHC's stocks, prince Alwaleed combined his stocks with his company KHC and buyed 75% of the twitter. This business tactic allowed other external buyers to only buy 15% stocks and no more of twitter.

That's the overall reason why Elon Musk had to offer an amount finally which is 5 times worth of that 75% of twitter stocks which obviously confirmed Elon Musk's statement about buying twitter,

"I buyed twitter to boost my internet popularity, not to earn profits"

What has become known popularly as the “Christmas Star” is an especially vibrant planetary conjunction easily visible in the evening sky over the next two weeks as the bright planets Jupiter and Saturn come together, culminating on the night of Dec. 21. In 1610, Italian astronomer Galileo Galilei pointed his telescope to the night sky, discovering the four moons of Jupiter – Io, Europa, Ganymede, and Callisto.
